The recipient of the package is entirely responsible for paying any local customs fees required by their country's border authorities to release and deliver the package. If a package is rejected at customs by the buyer due to a refusal to pay local import taxes, we cannot issue a shipping refund.
Note for Brazilian Customers: A valid CPF (Tax ID) is strictly required at checkout to clear Brazilian Customs. Orders submitted without a valid CPF cannot be processed or refunded if destroyed by border officials.
